These terms govern your use of figurr, operated by Figurr Inc. By using figurr you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service.
figurr is an AI cofounding team that researches and evaluates startup ideas and generates idea refinement, brand and design assets, product code, and investor materials.
Accounts.
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use.
Do not misuse figurr, break the law with it, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or use it to generate harmful or illegal material.
Your content and ownership.
You keep ownership of the ideas and inputs you submit and of the outputs figurr generates for you. You grant us the limited license needed to process your inputs and operate and improve the service.
Our intellectual property.
figurr, including the platform, software, and brand, belongs to us. These terms grant you no rights to it beyond using the service.
AI output and verdicts are informational, not guarantees.
figurr's research, BUILD, KILL, and PIVOT verdicts, generated content, and investor materials are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and they are not a promise of any outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything before you rely on it.
Third-party services.
figurr connects to third-party services such as GitHub. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Paid plans.
If and when you buy a paid plan, the fees, billing, and cancellation terms presented at purchase apply.
Disclaimers.
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business losses, arising from your use of figurr.
Indemnification.
You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination.
We may suspend or end your access for violating these terms. You may stop using figurr at any time.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes.
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
