• Account information you give us, such as your name and email.
• Content you submit, such as your startup ideas, the conversations you have with figurr, your canvas data, and the artifacts figurr produces for you.
• Connection data when you link a third-party account, such as GitHub, so figurr can push code on your behalf.
• Usage and device data needed to run and secure the service.
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider, if and when you buy a paid plan.

• To run figurr: research your idea, produce verdicts, designs, product, and investor materials.
• To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
• To communicate with you about your account and the product.

To generate research, verdicts, designs, and code, we send the inputs you provide to AI model providers that process them on our behalf to return results to you.

AI model provider (Anthropic), database and authentication (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), web research (Tavily), email and workspace (Google), code repository connection (GitHub), and a payment processor if and when paid plans are live.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless the law requires otherwise.

We protect your data as described on our Security page. No method is perfectly secure.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any right, email figurr@figurr.co.

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary to run the service and to understand how it is used.

figurr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
